Customer Service Advisor – Welsh Speaking

We are looking for a new colleague to join our fantastic Customer Services Team at Cartrefi Conwy to deliver outstanding service to our tenants and customers. This is a Welsh Essential post, working 30 hours per week over 4 days.
Our Customer Service Advisors are at the forefront of our organisation, providing outstanding advice, support or directing to the relevant departments for our Contract Holders and Customers
What will be required of you?
- An empathetic approach
- Fluent Welsh speaking
- Excellent communication skills
- An ability to deal with challenging situations in a professional manner
- Organisational skills and the ability to re-prioritise as necessary
- Confident decision making skills
- An ability to work as a member of a team or independently
