Works Scheduler
End Date: 3rd June 2025
We are actively recruiting for a new Works Scheduler to join our team within Cartrefi Conwy.
As our Works Scheduler you will:
- Manage the diaries of our trades team, from Electricians to Gas Engineers etc. to ensure work schedules are organised to ensure maximum productivity, re-prioritising as required.
- Ensure agreed timescales for completion of works are met and evidence job completion.
- Liaise with contractors daily to maximise best use of resource.
- Contact tenants by various communication methods, to update about works scheduled, providing a high standard of Customer Service throughout.
What will you need:
- Experience and good knowledge of housing maintenance activities.
- Excellent numeracy & literacy skills.
- Customer Service skills with the ability to adapt the communication style when necessary.
- Planning, coordination and organising skills with the ability to re-prioritise when required.
- Experience of managing multiple diaries would be advantageous but not essential.
