Tenant Voice Coordinator (Part-time)

We have a fantastic new opportunity in Cartrefi Conwy as our new Tenant Voice Coordinator (part-time role). This role will be pivotal in making sure that we meet our Welsh Government Regulatory Standard for Tenant Engagement.
In this role you will:

Develop and deliver Tenant Voice activities working from action plans, in collaboration with other colleagues across the business to involve our tenants in service improvements and decision making processes at all levels of the organisation

Establish, develop and maintain relationships with formal panels, working groups and others through tenant voice activities to offer valuable opportunities for our tenants

Collect and collate evidence of outcomes of tenant voice activities and demonstrate how they link with the Regulatory standards

Carry out consultations and analyse survey and other of data to gather and assess the opinions and ideas from our tenants

What we will offer you:
- Salary – Grade 6 V-W £27,752 to £28,645 PRO RATA
- A 3 day working week (22.5 hours per week)
