An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and passionate housing professional to lead on our property management function. Our portfolio covers managing the Temporary and Emergency Accommodation for the Local Authority; a Social Lettings Agency managing private sector rented properties and our Intermediate Rental Properties.
You will lead and inspire our team, providing advice and guidance and support and have operational responsibility for all areas of the property portfolio, including working closely with the Local Authority.
You will need a thorough understanding of the lettings sector in Wales.
