Leased Scheme Move On Officer (HAWS)

We have a brand new role in Cartrefi Conwy as a Leased Scheme Move on Officer, working within our HAWS team.
As a Leased Scheme Move on Officer you will work closely with the existing team to provide a comprehensive support and advice service to our new or existing temporary accommodation leased scheme contract holders, reassessing the composition of larger families , exploring alternative accommodation as and when required and supporting move on’s to permanent accommodation.

- Organisational skills and the ability to re-prioritise as necessary
- Confident decision making skills
- An ability to work collaboratively within Cartrefi Conwy and with our partners in CCBC
- Use of own vehicle for work purposes (including business insurance)
